CILS labels clear autoclave jam
Computer Imprintable Label Systems (CILS) has launched a label specifically developed to prevent vials fusing together in the extreme environments of autoclaves.
A costly problem experienced by autoclave users is the fusing together of pre-labeled vials during mass batch processing. This results in damage to the label, the subsequent loss of important data and the vials becoming unusable.
The CILS Technical Team has identified the source of the problem and has developed a new material/adhesive combination to withstand the sterilization process. The new labels are specifically designed to remain unaffected by environmental conditions experienced in bulk cleaning and subsequent filling.
Extensive tests have proven that CILS8100AC performs perfectly in the wash/fill systems without jamming. A computer imprintable coating ensures crisp, sharp print quality with no loss of data. CILS8100AC is available in plain and pre-printed formats to suit specific requirements.
