New digital print facility for full four color computer labels
Computer Imprintable Label Systems (CILS) has pioneered a new manufacturing technique that enables full color printing onto their range of durable label materials, improving quality, corporate image, performance and presentation.
CILS full color labels are designed for the laboratory environment and are resistant to chemicals, solvents, moisture and extreme temperatures. The new process enables the creation of single, multi-task labels that incorporate product identification, barcode data and corporate identity.
Color coding can be incorporated into labels for diagnostic kits, reagent compounds and specimen samples. Front-end labels for medical equipment can be improved with the inclusion of full color 3-dimensional logos, or backgrounds that perfectly match or compliment the color of products.
Variable data, including barcodes, can be added to the labels by the end user with their existing PC and laser or thermal transfer printer.
