New digital print facility for full four color labels and fascia panels
Computer Imprintable Label Systems (CILS) has pioneered a new method of manufacturing durable full color labels, fascia panels and graphic overlays with the launch of its digital label division.
The new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility can produce full color labels, signs, graphic overlays and fascia panels direct from customers design files in as little as 24 hours. Accommodating full production quantities or one-off print runs for prototyping, CILS Digital can manufacture labels to precise quantity requirements.
CILS Digital labels can incorporate photo-quality images, textures and colors to meet exact Pantone® references. Offering a distinct advantage over traditional screen printing, the digital technology enables full color or 3-dimensional logos to be reproduced accurately, and costs and lead times are reduced.
The labels can also incorporate variable data including model numbers, serial numbers and barcodes, negating the need for further rating labels. CILS is able to switch designs mid-stream to accommodate an unlimited range of label variants in one production run.
