New highly durable security labels for oily and powder coated surfaces

Computer Imprintable Label Systems (CILS), the leading manufacturer of high-performance, durable label identification systems, has introduced a new metalized high-tack security label for use on oily surfaces.

The labels can be used to identify engines, motors, valves and heavy plant equipment. For added security and tamper-evidence, a VOID message appears on the product and across the surface of the label if removal is attempted.

The new CILS label construction provides a durable high-strength bond and long-term stability, making the labels ideally suited to textured, aggressive, curved or oily surfaces. The superior performance labels also withstand fuel, oil, dirt, abrasion and jet washing, as well as extreme temperatures of -55°C to +155°C.

Compliance information and non-transferable data can be pre-printed on the labels, whilst variable information can be added using a PC and laser, thermal transfer or dot matrix printer.
