      • Target Audience:<\/strong> This Promotion is open exclusively to business-to-business (B2B) corporate professionals, business entities, and qualifying commercial accounts operating within the United States of America.<\/li>\n
      • Age Requirement:<\/strong> Individual entrants acting on behalf of their business must be legal residents of the United States and at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.<\/li>\n
      • Exclusions:<\/strong> Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of CILS International, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or advertising and promotion agencies are strictly ineligible to enter or win.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        1. Promotion Period and Entry Windows<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          The Promotion begins at 00:01 British Summer Time (BST) on 8 June 2026<\/strong> and ends at 23:59 BST on 17 July 2026<\/strong> (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion consists of three (3) distinct, separate entry rounds as defined below:<\/p>\n

          • Round 1 (Group Stage):<\/strong> Opens 00:01 BST on 8 June 2026; Closes 23:59 BST on 19 June 2026.<\/li>\n
          • Round 2 (Knockouts):<\/strong> Opens 00:01 BST on 22 June 2026; Closes 23:59 BST on 3 July 2026.<\/li>\n
          • Round 3 (The Final):<\/strong> Opens 00:01 BST on 6 July 2026; Closes 23:59 BST on 17 July 2026.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            1. How to Enter<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              To ensure complete legal compliance and to prevent this sweepstakes from being classified as an illegal lottery under US federal and state laws, no monetary consideration is required<\/strong>. Entrants may participate via one of two methods of entry. Both methods carry the exact same statistical odds of winning.<\/p>\n

              Method A: The Purchase Route (Automatic Entry)<\/strong><\/p>\n

              A business entity will receive one (1) automatic entry into the active Promotion Round when they place a standard commercial purchase order for durable labels with CILS International totaling $250.00 USD or more (calculated before taxes and shipping)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

              • Orders must be placed at uninflated, standard commercial prices through normal corporate purchasing channels.<\/li>\n
              • Entry timing is determined solely by the exact date and timestamp when CILS International receives the formal, original corporate Purchase Order (PO).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Method B: The Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)<\/strong><\/p>\n

                To enter a round for free without placing a commercial order, send an email to marketing@cils-international.com<\/strong> from a valid corporate email address.<\/p>\n

                • Subject Line Requirement:<\/strong> The subject line must read exactly: CILS USA Soccer Jersey.<\/li>\n
                • Email Body Requirement:<\/strong> You must include the full name of the individual applicant, their job title, corporate email address, telephone number, and the registered corporate name and physical address of the business entity.<\/li>\n
                • Equal Dignity:<\/strong> Free email entries will be pooled directly with purchase entries and treated with equal dignity. They have the identical chance of being selected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  Entry Limitations<\/strong><\/p>\n

                  • Maximum of one (1) entry per unique business entity<\/strong> (tracked by corporate tax ID, primary business account, or company registration) per individual Promotion Round.<\/li>\n
                  • Subsequent qualifying purchases or duplicate free entry emails received within the same window will be disqualified and will not yield additional entries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    1. Prizes and Valuation<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      • The Prize:<\/strong> One (1) official USA 2026 soccer home jersey per round.<\/li>\n
                      • Total Prize Pool:<\/strong> Three (3) jerseys total across the entire Promotion Period (worth approximately $125 each).<\/li>\n
                      • Sizing & Availability:<\/strong> Available in adult sizes Medium (M) or Large (L) only. Specific size fulfillment is strictly subject to available commercial retail stock.<\/li>\n
                      • Substitutions:<\/strong> Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and carry no cash alternative<\/strong> or cash redemption value. In the event of manufacturing shortages, supply chain disruptions, or stock unavailability, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater retail value.<\/li>\n
                      • Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.<\/li>\n
                      • Tax Responsibilities:<\/strong> Winners are solely responsible for any local, state, or federal taxes associated with accepting the prize.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                        1. Winner Selection and Notification<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                          • The Draw:<\/strong> One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries pooled during each round. The draw will take place via an independent, manual random process or under the strict supervision of an independent observer within three (3) working days of each round closing.<\/li>\n
                          • Notification:<\/strong> Winners will be notified via their registered corporate email address within five (5) working days of the draw.<\/li>\n
                          • Claiming the Prize:<\/strong> The notified business must formally claim the prize by replying to the notification email within fourteen (14) calendar days<\/strong>. If a winner fails to respond, cannot be verified, or declines the prize within 14 days, they forfeit the prize, and the Promoter will conduct a random redraw from the remaining eligible pool for that round.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                            1. Data Protection, Privacy, and Publicity<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                              • Data Processing:<\/strong> Any personal or corporate data collected during this Promotion will be processed securely in accordance with the CILS International Privacy Policy, UK GDPR, and applicable US state data privacy frameworks.                               • Opt-Out Rights:<\/strong> Entrants can request to be removed from the draw pool at any time prior to a scheduled round drawing by emailing marketing@cils-international.com.<\/li>\n
                              • Public Disclosure:<\/strong> To comply with transparency regulations, the corporate names and states of the winners will be made available upon written request to the Promoter after 31 July 2026. Entrants may object to this disclosure or limit the published details by contacting the Promoter directly. However, the Promoter remains legally required to provide full winner details to regulatory bodies (such as the UK Advertising Standards Authority or US state authorities) if officially requested.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
