To ensure complete legal compliance and to prevent this promotional contest from being classified as an illegal lottery under Section 206 of the Canadian Criminal Code, no monetary consideration is required to win. Entrants may participate via one of two methods of entry. Both methods carry the exact same statistical odds of winning.
Method A: The Purchase Route (Automatic Entry)
A business entity will receive one (1) automatic entry into the active Contest Round when they place a standard commercial purchase order for durable labels with CILS International totaling $250.00 (USD) or more (calculated before taxes and shipping).
- Orders must be placed at uninflated, standard commercial prices through normal corporate purchasing channels.
- Entry timing is determined solely by the exact date and timestamp when CILS International receives the formal, original corporate Purchase Order (PO).
Method B: The Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
To enter a round for free without placing a commercial order, send an email to marketing@cils-international.com from a valid corporate email address.
- Subject Line Requirement: The subject line must read exactly: CILS Canada Soccer Jersey.
- Email Body Requirement: You must include the full name of the individual applicant, their job title, corporate email address, telephone number, and the registered corporate name and physical address of the business entity.
- Equal Dignity: Free email entries will be pooled directly with purchase entries and treated with equal dignity. They have an identical chance of being selected in the draw.
Entry Limitations
- Maximum of one (1) entry per unique business entity (tracked by corporate tax identifier, primary business account, or company registration) per individual Contest Round.
- Subsequent qualifying purchases or duplicate free entry emails received within the same window will be disqualified and will not yield additional entries.
5.Prizes and Valuation
- The Prize: One (1) official Canada 2026 soccer home jersey per round.
- Total Prize Pool: Three (3) jerseys total across the entire Contest Period.
- Approximate Retail Value (ARV): The ARV of each jersey is $125.00 USD.
- Sizing & Availability: Available in adult sizes Medium (M) or Large (L) only. Specific size fulfillment is strictly subject to available commercial retail stock.

- Odds: Odds of being selected depend entirely on the total number of eligible entries received during each specific Contest Round.
6.Winner Selection, Notification, and Skill-Testing Requirement
- The Draw: One (1) potential winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries pooled during each round. The draw will take place via an independent, manual random process or under the strict supervision of an independent observer within three (3) working days of each round closing at the Promoter’s UK offices.
- Notification: Potential winners will be notified via their registered corporate email address within five (5) working days of the draw.
- The Mandatory Skill-Testing Question: To be legally declared a winner and receive the prize, the selected potential winner must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind (whether mechanical, electronic, or otherwise), a time-limited, multi-step mathematical skill-testing question. The question will be administered via email by the Promoter.
- Claiming the Prize: The notified business must formally complete the skill-testing question and claim the prize by replying to the notification email within fourteen (14) calendar days. If a potential winner fails to respond, fails the mathematical skill-testing question, cannot be verified, or declines the prize within 14 days, they forfeit all rights to the prize. The Promoter will then conduct a random redraw from the remaining eligible pool for that specific round.
