1. The Promoter

The promoter is CILS International (a trading division of Computer Imprintable Label Systems Ltd), Broadwater Business Park, 2 Southdown View Way, Worthing, West Sussex, BN14 8NL, United Kingdom.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with FIFA (the Fédération Internationale de Football Association.

2. Eligibility

• Business-to-Business Only: This promotion is open strictly to UK-based corporate entities, business owners, and corporate professionals aged 18 or over. It is not open to individual private consumers.
• Geographic Scope: Entrants must be corporate professionals operating within England, Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland.

3. Promotion Period

The promotion runs from 00:01 BST on Monday 8th June 2026 to 23:59 BST on Friday 17th July 2026 inclusive (“the Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter (No Purchase Necessary)

Entry into this prize draw is completely free. There are two ways to qualify:

• New Followers: Users who do not currently follow the Promoter must “Follow” the official CILS International LinkedIn Corporate Page during the Promotion Period.
• Existing Followers: All corporate professionals registered as followers of the official CILS International LinkedIn Corporate Page prior to 00:01 BST on 8th June 2026 are automatically entered.
• Entry Limits: Maximum of 1 entry and maximum of 1 prize per unique LinkedIn personal profile.

5. The Prize

• Prize Pool: There is exactly 1 prize available to be won on LinkedIn.
• Prize Detail: The prize consists of one official 2026 football home shirt from the winner’s choice of the following national teams: England, Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland (worth approximately £100 each).
• Sizing & Availability: Shirts are restricted to standard adult sizes Medium (M) or Large (L) only. All selections are subject to local retail availability and stock.
• No Substitutions: The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit alternatives.
• Alternative Prizes: If the selected shirt is completely unavailable due to stock depletion, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with an alternative product of equal or greater financial value.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• The Draw Process: The winner will be determined via a manual random draw from all valid entries. To ensure absolute transparency and compliance, the draw will be conducted by an independent person or under direct, verified independent supervision.
• Draw Execution Timeline: The draw will take place within 3 working days following the closing date of 17th July 2026.
• Notification Protocol: The winner will be notified via a direct LinkedIn Message from an official CILS International marketing representative within 7 days of the closing date.
• Claim Period: The winner must respond to the LinkedIn message to claim their prize, confirm business eligibility, and specify their desired nation and size within 14 calendar days of the initial contact attempt.
• Forfeiture & Redraws: If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to provide a valid UK business delivery address, or does not claim the prize within 14 calendar days, the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternative winner via the same independent random process.

7. Winner Accountability (CAP Code Rule 8.28.5 Compliance)

• Data Publication: To comply with UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (CAP Code Rule 8.28.5), the Promoter must make information available to indicate that a valid award took place.
• Disclosure Details: The surname and county of residence of the confirmed winner will be made available upon written request sent to marketing@cils-international.com after 31st July 2026.
• Right to Object: Entrants have the right to object to the publication or processing of their surname and county, or request that the amount of information disclosed be reduced. To exercise this right, entrants must contact the Promoter prior to the closing date of the competition.
• Regulatory Exemption: Notwithstanding any privacy objection raised by an entrant, the Promoter is legally required to provide the full winner data and selection documentation to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) upon formal request to demonstrate promotional legitimacy.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

• Personal data and corporate contact information submitted during this promotion will be processed solely for the administration and fulfilment of this competition.
• Processing will be managed in strict accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

9. LinkedIn Liability Limitation

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LinkedIn.
• Entrants completely release LinkedIn from any and all administrative liability or legal claims arising in connection with the execution of this promotion.
• Entrants acknowledge that they are providing their profile interaction data directly to the Promoter and not to LinkedIn.

10. General Terms and Limitations of Liability

• Disqualification: The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry if it has reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or any attempt to manipulate the entry data using automated scripts, bots, or fraudulent practices.
• Force Majeure: The Promoter accepts no responsibility for network, computer, hardware, or software failures of any kind that restrict, delay, or corrupt the tracking of LinkedIn follow data.
• Finality: The decisions of the Promoter regarding all operational, administrative, and legal aspects of this promotion are final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Jurisdiction: This promotion, its terms, and any legal disputes arising from it shall be governed by English Law. All participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.
