Job Summary:
You will be responsible for retaining current levels of business, as well as growing account value by generating new leads from existing customers across the German speaking regions. You should be experienced in building strong and long lasting relationships with multiple contacts, you will be expected to leverage these relationships to generate new sales opportunities. These sales opportunities will then be to passed to the new business sales team, allowing you to focus on account development.
Must be fluent in both written and spoken German.
This is very much a blend of lead generation and account management.
We are looking for someone who has an energetic attitude towards making outbound calls and great at building relationships with end users and decision makers at all levels. There is no cold calling, all calls are made to existing customers.
Energy, enthusiasm and a drive to succeed are essential for this role.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous tele-sales or account management experience. Success will look like a stream of self-generated enquiries, growing repeat business revenue and creating a reputation as the ‘go to’ person at CILS for our German customers.
You will be part of a growing Customer Partnership team based at our Worthing, West Sussex Head Office, the role is office based 5 days a week.

This is a dynamic sales position where no two days are the same.
