An overview of UL Marks

There are two main categories when it comes to UL Marks, there is what is referred to as a legacy mark which is slowly being phased out by something called an enhanced mark, which is the UL Mark that goes on finished product labels. The second category is the component mark. This mark goes onto labels that will eventually be stuck onto components. In general the end purchaser of a product will only usually see the legacy or enhanced mark, where as they won't see the recognised component mark because it is a component part of the product.
