Will CILS sign a non-disclosure agreement?

Over the years we have provided durable computer imprintable labels for thousands of applications across all industries around the world.

We are constantly amazed at the diversity and significance of the end-use for our labels. For example, we provided the printers and well plate labels used during the manufacture and testing of synthetic DNA during the mapping of the human genome between 1990 and April 2003. The results of this mapping have transformed the way scientists identify disease fingerprints, and how we practice medicine.

CILS tamper-evident labels were being used by the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons when they won the Nobel peace prize in 2013. The labels were used to identify if and when a locker had been tampered with after inspection.

We have manufactured labels that are used on the International Space Station and the majority of domestic water meters hidden underground in the UK feature information printed on a CILS durable label.

These are just a few of the many thousands of label uses we can talk about, but there are also some that we can’t.

We regularly liaise with design engineers who specify labels for their equipment but sometimes they want their products or processes to remain confidential. Occasionally laboratory managers and scientists want the commercially sensitive details of a clinical trial to remain confidential, etc. and in these situations, we are happy to work to a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

We fully appreciate when a customer needs confidentiality, in fact, we have many NDA’s in place with our suppliers to keep our manufacturing processes and unique manufacturing equipment confidential. This is how we keep our reputation of label innovators.

If you need us to work to an NDA, please send it to us with your enquiry for us to review and sign.
